Kitchen shared, no other shared living space ,bills included apart from 1/4 the energy bill, per usage - average around £40/M.
Parking with residents permit zone N, no waiting list. No bicycle storage.:(
Friendly chilled professional housemates.
People tend to stay long term. Would suit a chill TIDY professional with peaceful / quiet lifestyle. Someone friendly and easy to get along with. NON SMOKERS ONLY.
