Lovely studio-like extra large furnished room with own spacious en suit bathroom, occupying own top floor, so it feels particularly private. (has a living area with sofa bed and a fridge in the room).

Great location in central hove, short walk to Hove train station and George street cafes and shops and all night excellent connections to all parts of the city and London. .

Kitchen shared, no other shared living space ,bills included apart from 1/4 the energy bill, per usage - average around £40/M.

Parking with residents permit zone N, no waiting list. No bicycle storage.:(

Friendly chilled professional housemates.
People tend to stay long term. Would suit a chill TIDY professional with peaceful / quiet lifestyle. Someone friendly and easy to get along with. NON SMOKERS ONLY.
