Room is located in the far corner of the house next to the bathroom. We have been hosts through Airbnb for years and are friendly people and keep common areas tidy and neutral. Room is quiet and overlooks lush greenery back gardens of residential área. Lovely views with sunsets over the trees and very calm and safe neighborhood, next to the sea( Hove Lagoon), bus( New Church Road. 15 - 20 min to Brighton. Sussex County Hospital 30 min. Also y rain in short walking distance 5-7 min(Portslade station).Train to London Victoria 1h and bus 25 to Universities). We are looking for a female tenant only - short term or long term.
