Single bedroom on Brunswick Square

Hi there,

I’m currently looking for a temporary flatmate for this lovely home in Hove, just seconds from the beach!

The flat has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom, lounge and dining area. The bedroom is furnished and gets lots of sun in the morning.

The bathroom is shared and has a big corner bathtub and great shower pressure. The lounge has a sofa bed and TV. The kitchen has all amenities for cooking (+ a dishwasher) and a dining table that looks out the window to the sea! Both the kitchen and lounge get great views of the sunset each evening.

The location is very convenient. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away with buses that go all over the town. The main Brighton train station is a 23 minute walk away and the pier is an 18 minute walk. There are great cafes, bars and restaurants on our doorstep. Plus, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose all within a 5 min walking radius.

I mostly work from home but still go into the office twice a week. I’m veggie and therefore another vegan/veggie person would be preferred although not essential. I’m looking for a clean & tidy (very very important!) person to share this lovely flat with. Happy to have a private person, but if you feel like sharing a glass of wine every now and then, that would be well received :)

The flat is fully furnished with all amenities, including washing machine, kettle, blender, juicer, microwave, etc. It's on the 4th floor with no elevator so unfortunately no disabled access.

I also have a whippet (3yo) called Otis, he's a super sweet dork and loves to hang/play with people.

The rent includes all bills (council tax, internet, water, electricity, gas).

Moving in date would be the 12th of February, this is a 3 months-ish sublet but could potentially be extended
