Single bedroom on Brunswick Square

Hi there,

My partner Zoe and I are looking for a temporary flatmate for our lovely home in Hove, just seconds from the beach!

The flat has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom, lounge and dining area. The bedroom is furnished and gets lots of sun in the morning.

The bathroom is shared and has a big corner bathtub and great shower pressure. The lounge has a sofa bed and TV (with Netflix, no channels). The kitchen has all amenities for cooking and a dinning table that looks out the window to the sea! Both the kitchen and lounge get great views of the sunset each evening.

The location is very convenient. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away with buses that go all over the town. The main Brighton train station is a 23 minute walk away and the pier is a 15 minute walk. There are great cafes, bars and restaurants on our doorstep. Plus, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose all within a 5 min walking radius.

We are a friendly couple that both work mostly from home. We're also both vegan. We are looking for a clean (!) and nice person to welcome to our home. You will have access to all communal areas and we want you to feel at home. Happy to have a private person, but if you feel like sharing a glass of wine every now and then, that would be well received :)

The flat is fully furnished with all amenities, including washing machine, kettle, blender, juicer, microwave, etc. It's on the 4th floor with no elevator so unfortunately no disabled access.

We also have a whippet (almost 2 yo) called Otis, he's a super sweet dork and loves to hang/play with people.

The rent includes all bills (council tax, internet, water, electricity, gas).

Dates are flexible.
