Good size double room available In West Hove (in between Aldrington and Portslade Train stations) in a laid back flat share.
I am a professional male and my current housemate is moving away, so looking for someone to take his existing room in a
2 bedroom flat on behalf of the letting agents.
It is a good sized room, the larger of the 2, with build in wardrobe and built in desk space. Room is technically unfurnished, but there is potentially room for some of the furniture to be left behind by outgoing tenant
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. It’s a tidy and respectful place, cleaning duties shared of course.
I am easy going, I work at American Express and I go into the office most days. Technically I am a hybrid worker so I only HAVE to go in 3 days out of 5, but I tend to go in most days and only occasionally work from home. So I am out at work most days. On my days off, or when I finish work, I like to relax and am looking for someone who is happy to chat about the topics of the day but also appreciate some people prefer to keep to themselves
This is not a party house, but of course gatherings of friends happen on occasion for dinner or something, but still respecting each other and the neighbouring flats.
The room is available from the 10th February (possible potential to move in a few days earlier than that)
All bills including council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband and TV license are included.
There is on street parking which is Zone R, and as far as I know there is no waitlist for permits.
