Double room, central Hove, stones throw from beach

Double room available soon in two bed spacious period flat, backing onto Hove prom and the seafront cycle lane. Near lots of good shops, pubs, bakeries etc and only a 5min walk from all the amenities of George Street & Church road.

The bedroom is a good size. It has a double bed, mirror, chest of drawers and bedside tables along with a hanging rail. There is space for a desk and chair etc if you wanted more furniture.

The flat has a new large open plan kitchen and living room and a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower. The flat has recently been decorated, with fresh paint and new carpets throughout etc.

Given we’d be sharing the space, a little about me...I’m sociable and spend a lot of time out and about, I have friends over from time to time too. I love most things outdoors (cycling, sea swimming etc) and am part of a number of local sports groups. I enjoy reading, yoga, listening to podcasts etc to relax around the flat.

I'm looking to live with someone who’s clean, tidy, considerate and friendly around the flat. Hopefully you’ll find me the same too!

I work in Higher Education and work from home a couple of days max per week, and would ideally like to share the flat with someone who isn't looking to work from home the majority of the week.
