I'm leaving the amazing flat i've called home for 9 years and am looking for a replacement housemate! Sharing with two others in a queer friendly household.

One double room available in 5th floor flat in the lovely Wick Hall. Built in storage closet and sink in room. The flat is made up of a truly massive living room with balcony and views out over Hove and the sea. Shared kitchen with all white goods. Large entrance hallway with plenty of storage and space for bicycles.

As this is a changeover of tenants, we would need to sign a new tenancy agreement with the letting agents - deposit will be required.

Bills not included but there are about £100 a month. Council tax band C.
