Double room in lovely flat

Double room to rent in a 2 bedroom flat in hove, close to hove train station, shops and short walk to the beach. Looking to be available November December time.

Rent is £550 with bills around £150 on top.

Deposit and months rent need to paid at start of tenancy.

Room will be completely clear and unfurnished.

Looking for somebody easy going, chilled, independent, likes to do their own thing but also likes to hang out In the flat and chill.

Would ideally like somebody long term to rent the room.


I’m a quiet and chilled person.
I’m a professional engineer, working in the office, I’m chilled and easy going. Not much of a party animal but does enjoy the pubs here and there, not a party flat. Mostly into motorcycles / Harley Davidsons, building them and going away on them.

I have a lovely big fluffy cat, loves tummy rubs.
