Single room in a shared home

This is a shared 3 bedroom house with myself Holly and Sam. The room is a single room with good storage and desk. Use of the kitchen, laundry and shared living room, space in the loft for cases or boxes. There is free parking on the street and it’s a 10 minute walk from portslade station and local Aldi. 5 minutes walk to the shops. We are quiet easy going people and like a calm, clean space. We both work from home. We both love sport and fitness and work various hours so in and out of the house. We have 2 cats who are very gentle and loving, no scratching or biting. Available from March 2025. Council tax band C. LGBT preferred
