Single room in a shared home

This is a shared home with myself and my 18 year old son. The room is a single room with good storage and desk. Use of the kitchen, laundry and shared living room. There is free parking on the street and it’s a 10 minute walk from portslade station. We are pretty quiet easy going people and like a calm, clean space. We work various hours so in and out of the house. We have 2 cats. Available from 10/12/2022. Council tax band C
