Furnished single room with double-bed (Mon-Fri)

Hi, Available from the end of this week, I have a furnished single room (with a small double bed, storage + TV with blackout blinds and curtains) available for a Monday to Friday let. This means Sunday night through to Friday morning. Normally the room is taken by someone with a temporary contract or who is leaving the city and needs somewhere on a short notice period. Stays of 2-3 months are the norm but shorter and longer is fine (minimum 1-month). Weekly payments with a week's notice after the initial month are the terms as we appreciate that sometimes your employment contract may be cut short.

Ideally, you will be easygoing, mostly out during the day (i. e. no night work or homeworkers), and a non-smoker. The reason we have it only Monday to Friday is that we have family who stay at the weekends.

All bills are included including council tax. There's wifi (full fibre optic 500mb) and a Smart TV in the room with Netflix etc. The apartment is kept warm (20+) and the radiator has a thermostat on it. All bills are included and bedding, linen and towels are included.

The flat is in a modern block along the front of Hove seafront with a clean and modern kitchen (with breakfast bar), bathroom and separate toilet (all shared). There is also a dishwasher & washer/drier and you are not expected to contribute to household chores or the purchase of cleaning items etc.

It's me (40's, male live-in Landlord) and my girlfriend. I use the lounge as an office so this is ideal for someone Mon-Fri just looking for a quiet and clean place to cook and eat in the kitchen and shower/sleep after a day at work. Rockwater bar is opposite along with everything that the seafront has to offer. The expectation is that you will be mostly out at work during the day (as we work from home) and a non-smoker.

Parking in the area is free after a certain time and has plenty of spaces around (Zone R and close to Zone N). 700 bus is right outside and the various other buses (No 1, 1X and 6) into Brighton along Church Road are just a 4 min walk away at the other end of the road.
