Double room to let in 3 bedroom house share.
Monthly rent is £675 plus Bills, bills are about £120-£175 per month per person (for water, council tax, WiFi, gas and electric)

The bedroom is a really bright space, with a sunny south-facing window overlooking the garden, an original fireplace, wooden floors and high ceilings. The room comes unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe, with the possibility of buying the current housemates bed and desk. This bedroom and all the rooms at the back of the house have just had double glazing installed, plus a new boiler, so it should be really warm in winter.

We have a lovely, big Victorian house, with a spacious living room and a good-size kitchen with lots of cupboard space.

The house has a separate bathroom (bath and shower) and loo, and the major perk of a small spare room for visitors and a big loft for storage.

We have a beautiful, big garden, complete with a shed to store bikes, a sunny patio, a pond and lots of room for sunbathing or getting involved in growing some veg.

Located in Seven Dials, it's a quick 10 minute walk to Brighton train station and Churchill Square with on street permitted parking (zone O, pass easy to get).

I'm a 31 year old civil servant and work in London a couple of times a week. I love pottery, parkrun, growing flowers and veg in the garden and sharing a glass of wine or a beer on the patio at the end of a long day. I'm always ready to chat and hear how your day was. I really like making the house feel like a home, so looking for someone to share recipes and jokes with, who can be considerate of others and generally tidy and clean round the house.

Hi, I'm a PhD student at Sussex Uni, studying seasonal rainfall forecasting and climate adaptation with farmers based in Kenya. I try to be friendly and helpful to live with as a house mate, I don't drink and instead like to do lots of walking and exercise and spending time outside when I'm not working.
Ideally looking for someone who likes to be respectful of regular sleeping patterns and are also friendly/ helpful to live with. I keep myself to myself most of the time but I like that I can live in a nice house with others and we can all have our own lives, but I do also enjoy a chat or doing some gardening.

We enjoy being able to have friends round for bbq's, dinners and the occasional boardgame or football match, but we're definitely not a party house and are always considerate of others.
