Double room available in house in Poets Corner

Hi!

I am currently looking for a new housemate, as my friend is moving out to live with her boyfriend in July (date can be negotiated). The property is a two bedroom house with an office downstairs, there is one large bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. The house also has a garden as pictured.

The room itself is a double, with fitted cupboard for wardrobe space. It would come unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished but there is room for additional items if needed.

I currently work full time but enjoy socialising and drinking/eating out at the weekends. I am looking for someone who has a similar routine to me and ideally someone who would become a friend than just a housemate. I also have a cat called Eddie who lives in the house, so you would need to like cats!

The house is just off Portland road, so there is access to a train station 2 minutes away, bus stops, loads of shops, cafes, pubs etc.

Deposit is £805 and there is a handling fee of £150 to change the tenancy (I would pay half of this). Bills are around £175 each a month.
