Two double rooms available in friendly 5 bed house

We are a friendly house of currently 5 individuals looking to find the right people to replace two of us (who are a couple moving out together) in August . Both rooms available are good-sized doubles located in poets corner (in Hove).

Bedroom 1 - ground floor unfurnished double with large bay window £530 pcm.

Bedroom 2 - large attic unfurnished double £580 pcm.

Bills are around £100 a month on top of the rent.

The house location is excellent being only 10 minutes walk from a large Tesco, the beach and Aldrington/Hove stations. It is extremely well connect by bus to the town centre and other parts of the city. Street parking is available with a permit and currently there is no wait to apply for one.

We really value our family atmosphere so are hoping for people who want to be friends as opposed to just housemates. The house is fairly social, often doing activities together like bbq’s and (mainly) playing board games, but we are also very respectful of each other's space.
