This is a spacious double bedroom in a top floor maisonette on Church Road/Second Avenue in central hove. Great location, 3 minutes from Hove lawns and beach and next to lots of nice cafes and restaurants.
The room’s really lovely with plenty of space for a double bed, desk / WFH area, as well as wardrobe/drawers.
Flat has high ceilings and is bright and airy. There’s a good sized lounge that we like to spend time in as flatmates in the evenings, which will be already furnished.
Room will be available start of August, deposit £650
Bills currently around 115 each- subject to ever changing energy prices
6 month contract initially, then will go on to one month rolling contract

Clean and tidy household so like to keep communal areas nice- would like someone similar.
