Lovely house in Hove with an amazing garden

Hey there! I am looking for a flatmate to share this beautiful home! It is 5 min away from Hove station and really near to poets corner. It is super easy to go to Brighton center and if you like walking is only about 35 min away (15 with a bike). I am usually at the office but from time to time I like to work from home.

I am clean and pretty chill according to the people around me. I love to cook from time to time and explore around. Having a BBQ in the garden is amazing but I also love or play boardgames or videogames. I work in the video Game industry as an environment artist.. And I'm trying to stay fit.. Until I the pub calls.

I would love to be able to accept pets but unfortunately the landlord does not allow that to happen :( (I know)

All the furniture in the house is mine so if you have your own we can always talk and do something about it. Each room has a bed, a wardrobe and drawers.

The neighbourhood is really calm and has a lot of essential stores around. Also the add says is 5 room but it only has 2 bedrooms, mine and yours! Just to avoid confusion.

Just that you know: The price for the rent including all the bills and council tax is on average around 1000.
