Single bedroom available now in a shared flat by the big Tesco in Hove.
This is a tranquil area with considerate neighbours. Surrounded by good shops, great cafes, familiar pubs, perfect for sea walks and sport activities.

We are looking forward to sharing the house with a respectful, responsible and full-time professional person, who would take the responsibility of partaking bills and keeping the communal areas of the flat clean and tidy.

The room has lovely morning sunlight and it feels fresh and clean. Although it's available mostly unfurnished (coming only with a wardrobe and a mirror), it's spacious enough for a double size bed, desk, drawer and more.

The communal areas of the flat are the fully equipped kitchen, a loo and a bathroom.
