Hi there,
We have a spare room in our house on Livingstone Road. 2 minute's walk from Hove station, and shops, a gym, and pubs.
The house is a maisonette with a Living room, seperate kitchen, two toilets, one bathroom and three bedrooms - we don’t have a garden but are super close to Hove park or 15 min walk from Hove lawns/beach.
It’s a very light house and you can sit and have a coffee (or dinner) on the steps outside which get sun all day long.
You’ll be sharing with me and my girlfriend Daisy, replacing a couple of friends who are leaving end of November.
Daisy works out of the house most days at her studio and I'm fairly home / coffee shop-based and am up in London occasionally.
The room available is a good-sized loft room. There’s plenty of storage, it’s very light with two large Velux windows and blackout blinds. It’s also super private, you can’t hear a thing or be heard from the rest of the house. It comes fully furnished with a bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers. You’ll have loft cupboard storage available to you, we can't accommodate much more furniture.
There’s a decent size table in the living room which you're welcome to work from and there’s a spare room if you ever want a mate to crash for a night.
