Great room in family house

We are husband (56) and wife (53),with our 20yo son at home. He is a music student at BIMM. We have a large dog, so a dog lover is essential.
The house is contemporary and well equipped. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is a bathroom next to the room, both of which are on ground floor. There are two other bathrooms in the house, so this is almost exclusive use.
There is a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher. Ultra fast broadband. Parking is available on the street with no restrictions. Large garden with seating area available.
No smoking household
We are happy for the living room to be shared, but also like our privacy sometimes.
The room is not suitable for couples, only a single person.

If you would be using buses, we are nearest the 21A and 5B routes. It will take 20-30mins into the centre of Brighton, we are not close to train stations.

Available from 20th April for an initial three months, then a one month rolling contract as we expect to move house in late Summer/autumm 2024.
