4-6 Month Let - Double room in house in West Hove

We are a professional couple who have one or two double rooms to let to lodgers for approximately 4-6 months from 1st November 24 to end of April 25. The start and end dates can be slightly flexible.

Both rooms are £800 per calendar month each.

You will be sharing the house with us during this time.

We are looking for someone who is very tidy and friendly for a short let.

We have a great home in Hove a few moments walk from Portslade station giving direct train access to London in about 1 hour 15 minutes.

Trains also run to Falmer, Eastbourne, Lewes changing at Brighton as well as West to Shoreham, Worthing and Southampton.

Nearby buses (1, 1X, 1A, 2, 49, 46, 6) travel to Brighton and Falmer.

The rooms both come furnished with King Size double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. All bedlinen provided. There is a shared bathroom with shower for the rental rooms. Potentially sharing the bathroom with maximum one other person.

You will have shared use of the sitting room, kitchen, utility room and downstairs cloakroom with use of washing machine and garden.

Free parking on drive possible for one small car. .

Household bills included. Free Virgin Media broadband.

Wide range of shops available nearby on Boundary Road or a short walk to Portland Road.

1 month rent in advance and £800 per room deposit required.

Non-smoking house.

No couples accepted unless renting both of our available rooms. Each room is for single occupancy.
