Large Bathroom 12 x 9 foot shared with one other professional male. Bedroomfurnished and includes a couch. fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher etc) with space to eat/sit. Applicants should work off site some of the time, not work full time from home. Parking permit can be applied for, i believe quite a waiting list. Visitors permits available. Perfect for airline or nhs employees. Would consider Monday- Friday occupancy at a reduced rent. Safe Bike storage available. There is a communal garden however as this is on the lower ground floor and the flat is on 4th, you’d probably rather go to the beach which is 5 mins away! Thank you for reading.
