A grade 2 listed flat offering high ceilings and a colourful decor with bundles of character. There’s a beautiful bay window in the open plan living area. A small paved garden on the side of the flat, which is a sun trap for morning coffees.

Less then a 3 minute walk to the beach. Close to a multitude of bus stops, food shops and a 10/15 minute walk to Hove station.

The flat is located in zone N for parking, current flat mate has not had issues getting her permit.

The bedroom is spacious and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, bin and mirror. There’s storage above the bed

The flats recently had new double glazed windows.
I like to keep the place tidy and enjoy it being an attractive space. It is not a party flat but I love meeting new people and love the occasional games night and dinner party.

The telly has Netflix, Amazon prime and Disney so there’s lots to watch.
