Three complex workers including the building manager, all very friendly, very helpful people who keep the place running and clean.

Two tenants staying (me included), professional male, 30. Irish with a very thick accent, I enjoy movies, tv and video games and socialising. Working as a Post-Primary teacher.
Simon (other tenant), remaining as well, very friendly as well.

10 minute walk to Hove train station.
5 minute walk to George Street.
10 minute walk to a large tesco superstore.
10 minute walk to the beach front.
15 minute walk to central Brighton/Churchill Square.

Council tax comes out at £52 pcm. Whatever band that is, I'm not from the UK.

Very quiet and respecting neighbours in a good residential area.
Located close to Cricket Ground and residents receive cheaper tickets to cricket matches as well.
