The building has roof terrace, parking (purchased with building manger) and visitors parking but there is also residence parking zone ‘N’ (no waiting list).

It’s a family owned flat and you would be sharing with me and my partner, 26 year old professionals working full time day hours. We tend to go out a couple evenings during the week and out most of the weekend (weather dependent).
