Council Tax Band A. Available to view immediately and move in date from January 2025.
We have a £400 deposit required to secure the room and to account for any damage whilst staying with us. You will be asked to sign a lodger agreement when you decide to move in and have paid the deposit, this is to protect your deposit and us from damages.
Able to apply for your own parking permit through government website. This comes in quickly. You can use your agreement to apply to for this permit and to vote as will show proof of address.
It is a 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop (number 7), a 2 minute walk from all other bus routes and George Street.
You can also walk into Brighton within 25 minutes.
It is a couple minutes walk into central hove, where you will find great restaurant, cafes and bars available for you to enjoy. You can walk straight down to hove lawns to enjoy the green or go sit on the beach and watch the sunset.
We are looking for a professional who enjoys more nights in than big parties.
We both are professionals and work throughout the week. Evenings and weekends are chilled with the occasional social event in Hove, or going to the beach.
