Double bedroom inc. bills sharing with 1 female

You will have a double furnished bedroom, with double glazed windows overlooking quiet gardens at the back of the flat. We will then share the large living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom.

I'm sociable and love a chat, but also like having quite quiet times at home. I also like to keep the flat clean and tidy, and I'm looking for someone who would also be very respectful of the space and everything in it.
It is a beautiful flat in a period conversion property on a quiet, attractive road with very nice neighbours. (I've tried to take nice photos for this, but I think it looks even better in real life!)
Resident Parking Permit available N Zone - no waiting list. Alternatively, you could purchase visitor parking permits through me.
Shared resident bike shed to the rear of the property.
8 minute walk to Hove Station.
10 minute bus journey to Brighton Station. Number 7 bus goes from outside the flat to Brighton Train Station, into the centre of the city and on to Brighton Marina.
10 minute walk to the beach.
