Double room in a lovely flat near Hove station

A double bedroom in a beautiful flat in Hove. Just a 5 minute walk to hove station and 15 minute walk to the beach and hove lawns.

There’s a single car parking space with 2 shared guest spaces included but I’m happy to split the cost of a permit if you have a car.

The block of flats share a large garden area which is nice to chill in in the summer as well as a bike shelter and communal washing line.

I’m pretty easy going and tidy, I enjoy a good pub. I love cooking and chilling in the living room but I respect personal space and time.

The council tax band is B. All bills and rent come to around £900 a month. The flat is listed as unfurnished but some of the furniture will stay. There’s a bed frame and mattress in the room on offer which can stay if wanted.
