Nice double room in a spacious flat over 2 floors. The location is great in the Denmark villas area of Hove, 2 minutes walk from hove station and 10 minutes from the beach.
Our current housemate is moving out and myself and Istvan are looking for a down to earth person to replace her. We all get on really well and are easy going. We’d like to find someone similar who would move in and see the place as a home.
We’re both working professionals and have regular work routines. We enjoy a good time on the weekends but the flat isn’t a partyhouse.
