Double room in beautiful flat in Portland Road

2x double unfurnished rooms in 4 bedroom flat on 2nd floor of the building. The rooms come with built in closet with clothes hanger and plenty of storage space inside. We are looking for a lively, bubbly female to join me and Vicky and hope we find someone who enjoys socialising, watching series together, cooking and someone who is clean, respectable during week days as both Beth and Olivia start early in the mornings. It is a beautiful and spacious flat which we furnished ourselves and we are hoping to find someone who will fit in and enjoy our company :). There are 2 bathrooms in the flat which is a huge bonus (1 with shower) and we do not permit any smoking in the flat. 650 pounds is rough estimate, the rent is 427 and bills at the moment tend to be around 100 pounds+ but it all depends on electricity/water usage.
