Robin (he/him) here, I’m a 30 yo student social worker originally from Stafford in the midlands.

My current flat mate and friend is moving out, so I’m looking for a nice person to share this lovely maisonette with. Bedroom is semi furnished and Living room is shared with Piano, TV and lots of bits and bobs, but more than happy to make room for you to show some of your own character!

I am a working student so I am exempt from council tax but will pay half. The 580 sum in the title has factored that in but we can talk more about £££ in person!

Kitchen is full of utensils to share. I love to cook and love it when other people cook so would be it would be nice to share meals from time to time but I get that the daily grind doesn’t always allow it!

In terms of the flat’s location, it’s next to a Waitrose and a Lidl as well as small cafes and there is an off licence next door. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach, 30 minutes to central Brighton with regular bus routes on the doorstep.

Hove train station and Aldrington train station are 5-10 minute walks away and Preston park is approx a 25 minute walk.

It’s only a short walk to Hove park which has a direct route up to the downs
