Hove train station and 24 hour gym are just 6 minutes walk. Church Road with plenty of shops and bars, Hove Lawns and beach are 10-15 minutes walk and a bus stop serving Route 7 for Brighton train station, Kemp Town, Sussex Hospital and Marina is less than a minute's walk.
