The apartment is a first and second-floor split-level 3 bedroom apartment. The room is located on the first floor (no lift). Use of kitchen, small balcony. Bathroom with WC.

This is an ideal location for someone wanting to be close to all amenities, yet in a quiet location.

We are looking for a professional NON-smoker who is sociable, friendly, easy-going (no dramas) VERY TIDY and not a home worker.
