Bright Single Room in Hove, Available August

Hi, For rent from the end of july, a bright, single room in Central Hove. Sorry guys, this advert is for ladies only.
The flat is about 9 mins walk from Hove station, 15 from the beach, and about 6 to george street and the co op. The big supermarket tescos and the library are about 8 mins walk away. We also have a corner shop 2 mins away for emergancy carb cravings in the middle of the night.
Bills are per person around £124 for ctax, water and Internet, unless you get a council tax discount.
For electricity and gas it's around 30 to 35 pounds each, depending on your use. I try to keep my use down! Winter it is more like 45.

There's a lovely large bright lounge with south facing windows attached to the kitchen, its all open plan.

Small pets are welcome. The space wouldn't work at all for cats and dogs, sorry.
