In central Hove its a 5/10 minute walk to Hove Station; 3 minutes to George Street; 5 mins to the large Hove Tesco and 2 mins to Church Street which has numerous buses to Brighton town and surrounding areas. The other direction is 5 mins to King Alfred Sports Centre on the seafront. There is on street parking - Zone N.

I am a friendly female. In early 40s and working for NHS. The flat is suitable for a clean and tidy non smoker. I'm a social person to share with, but its not a party flat - and definitely no drugs/smoking; Looking for someone who likes to share clean home but also likes their own space. I'm not around much due to work/work shift patterns. The flat is a relaxing space to live in.

The Flat
A good sized shared living/dining room, bright modern recently furbished galley kitchen, opening on to the lounge. Its equipped with Microwave, oven Fridge Freezer and washing machine. A recently decorated bathroom.

The room offered is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of draws, double bed, bedside table, desk and mirror.

The are 6 self contained converted flats in total in the building. The building is well managed with a Fire Alarm system in place which is inspected in accordance with legislation. You need to be someone who would respect the tenants in the other flats.

The rent is £650 per month plus bills which are roughly £80 to £100 per month (TBC) and the deposit is £350. It is a private landlord, so no agency fees. I would prefer to share with someone in full time employment - and not WFH Move in date flexible. Age is imaterial
