Description
Hi, we're a guy and a girl in our 20s and 30's, looking for a 3rd person for our flatshare in Hove.
Us:
Jas works 8-4 from home Thursdays and Fridays (in her room), Russel is working in supermarket. We're friendly but also live our separate lives, both politically liberal.
You:
We're looking for someone who ticks the usual boxes - considerate, tidy, solvent - and also who'd like somewhere to call home. Gardeners and cat people especially welcome! Dog people, bird owners, etc. are also welcome.
We would prefer someone who wants to stay a while and make this their home.
We're pretty quiet and this ain't no party flat - it's a pretty compact floorplan where sound travels, so we do all our hellraising elsewhere and then sneak in quietly so as not to wake anyone.
The Flat:
Bills come to around £170 a month, and the flat is located just off Sackville and New Church Rd's (near Hove station and the 2,5,46 and 49 bus routes). It has an open-plan living room/kitchen, a wet room, and also a decent sized garden! There's a bunch of flowerbeds that you would be welcome to cultivate however you wish.
The flat is single glazed so be warned - it can get chilly and even under normal circumstances we're frugal with the heating. There is an open fireplace in the living room though, as compensation.
The Room:
The room is unfurnished and is available from late May. It's medium-sized, easily big enough for a double bed and some other furniture, with plenty of overhead storage and a walk-in cupboard!
If interested please contact us for a viewing, thanks for reading!
