Large Double Room in Hove

Hey!

We're looking to rent a room in my house in Hove.

The house is really big and split over 3 levels and has a large open plan kitchen-diner, a separate living room & a decent sized garden which is great for BBQs.

The bedroom on offer is lovely and bright and with dual aspect windows. It's the only bedroom on the top floor and practically has sole use of the shower room up there as there's another bathroom on the first floor which is used by the other bedrooms. It has a large walk through wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed.

Location wise, we're super central - about a 7 minute walk to Hove station & about the same to the sea. Church road, Blatchington Road and George Street are all within a 2 minute walk. There's on street parking (Zone N parking permit needed) and we can almost always park right outside the house.

BILLS - All included (ncluding council tax) except for a bi-weekly cleaner who looks after the communal areas and is split equally between the housemates (currently £9 per week each)

A bit about us:
I live in the house with my lovely housemate Rebecca! I run Operations for a sauce company & teach yoga on the side and Rebecca works in HR and is training to be a life coach.
We're looking for a chilled, sociable and tidy housemate who just wants to enjoy Brighton & Hove and is up for the odd pub trip/ wine on the couch or a fun activity (running/cycling/bouldering/paddle boarding/ whatever). We often work from home, so this isn't a party house, but once or twice a year we might have a party and would love a housemate who wants to get involved in that with us.
