Cosy Double Room - Hove

We are currently looking for a female housemate to fill one of the rooms in our house near Palmeira Square in Hove.

The flat is lovely and bright, spread over 3 floors and has been newly decorated. It includes 2 showers, 3 toilets, a combined kitchen/living space, and 4 large bedrooms. 




You would be living with 3 lovely girls between the ages of 25-28 who work full time in a hybrid capacity in and around Brighton. We have lots of shared interests including days spent on the beach, gigs and movie nights. When we’re at home we mostly spend time recharging and doing our own thing, but are always open to a midweek coffee or takeaway together!




Rent for this room is £530 a month plus bills which comes to around £630 a month (including council tax band B, water, electricity, gas, internet and contents insurance plus our no deposit scheme).

You will need to pass referencing with our letting agent and earn a minimum of £17,160 annually.
