Less than a minute away from Portslade Station, Boundary Road shops (which includes a Tecso, Aldi and Iceland as well as some amazing independent local businesses too) On the bus routes for Brighton and Hove buses, (on 49, 46, 1x, and 6 bus routes, and near 1, & 2 bus routes) The local pub is the Railway Inn- which has an incredible vibe, regardless if you drink or not.
New decorated (in the last 12months) clean house, with a lovely garden space (Grass lawn and 2 decking areas). There is a communal bathroom with shower over bath tub. A communal kitchen with new appliances. There is a utility room and a laundry/sun room and a separate W. C. The dining room is the main communal living space and is a nice space to be sociable.
PARKING:
There is no off street parking. There is parking permit needed for street parking for 2 hours a day (light touch system) but free parking all day available a couple of roads away.
