Double Room available in Hove

Hi there!

We are looking for a new housemate to join our lovely Maisonette flat in Hove as our current housemate is moving out.

📆 Move-in Date: May 1st

📍Location: We're conveniently located just off Church Road on a peaceful street. Hove station is just a 10-minute stroll away and is close to the beach! There are great bus connections if you need to commute into town and Parking in Zone N is available as well with no waiting list at the moment.

🏡 Room: Available is a very good sized double room in our really cozy, tidy and comfortable flat. Your room would be on the same floor as the bathroom and the spacious shared living room with a well-equipped kitchen in it.

The room comes unfurnished and is in a very good condition (no fear of mould here!)

We like to keep the flat tidy and clean, but neither one of us is a clean freak (therefore we make sure to adhere to our weekly cleaning schedule 🧼😉).

💰 Bills: Rent is £630 plus bills which are currently £130 per month. This includes electricity & gas, council tax, water, broadband, and tv licence.

👋 Who are we? You would share the flat with one female musician (Hannah, 26) who currently works in an office and loves to spend her spare time going to the gym, and enjoys going to the pub or gigs with friends and relax by the beach.

The other housemate is Ciara (26) who works as a nurse, enjoys pilates and paddle boarding in the summer as well as a trip to the pub or a walk along the beach.

If you’re someone who would like to make yourself somewhere at home and are social, likes to have a chat/ drink in the evening but respects privacy as well, this house would be a good fit for you! 😊
