Current flatmates (couple) are moving to Eastbourne

The room available has two large windows with a great view over the seafront. Has plenty space for a double bed and furniture.
The flat itself comes with a newly tiled bathroom and a small room that I wish to turn into a living room (currently used for storage)

I'm looking for a working professional, who is sociable clean and friendly.

I've been living in the property a year now and wish to stay for the foreseeable future, given the location and utilities in the area such as a Tesco and Aldi, with a few shops and takeaway restaurants on Boundary Road, it is a nice quiet area to be in. It is 30 mins away by bus from Brighton centre, or train via Portslade station within a 10 minutes walk.

A bit about myself:
Originally from London, came to Brighton for Uni and been here for 6 years now.
I work full time go to the gym, cycle and often stay in and relax on weekends.

Couples welcome with rent split 3 ways
Totalling £483 each other month

For a single will be £725 per month excluding bills
