Room available in a quirky creative space

A cozy room in one of the most beautiful and prime locations: picturesque Adelaide Crescent, Hove.

This is a unique opportunity to live in creative artist space- (part of the flat doubles as a glamourous and fully functioning photography studio by day.) It is a bit of an Aladdin's cave for dressing up. It would suit a creative, maybe a fashion or art student, or someone into photography, makeup artistry, performance even modelling- but of course this isn't essential, . A positive attitude about fact the space is multi function. would be great. I have clients here a few of days a week.

About me: I’m open minded, lgbtq+ friendly, Canadian, 49 years old. I am a professional photographer and artist and have lived in the UK for 24 years. I love slow fashion, socialising art and music. I'm not a fan of TV. It is a lovely space for entertaining occasionally.

The room is available from the end of June. Longer term is prefered but shorter term considered for the right person.

The room is lightly furnished with a brand-new single bed, a dresser, and a small wardrobe. You would have use of kitchen and bathroom. Bring your own bedding etc. If you want to change the bed for a double you if you are staying long term you can do that. it's not a massive space though so I think a single suits it better.

Could suite a student or someone new to the city who travels light.
