Double room in a cat friendly home

Do you love cats? Please come and cuddle my 2 cats while I am away travelling! Im lucky to be taking a sabbatical from work and working in animal sanctuaries abroad.
I would like to rent my double room that has a kingsize bed, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and 2 side shelves. The house is in the lovely area of Poets Corner where there is a friendly community. Its only a short distance to Aldrington ( 7 mins ) and Hove stations ( 20 mins ) it is 3 minutes walk to the bus links on Portland Road, allowing for easy commuting into Brighton or Shoreham. It is 10 mins walk to Hove seafront and the Rockwater bar. Its a very short walk to shops, restaurants takeaways, cafes and the post office on Portland road. There are lots of great pubs within the area with The Portland being practically at the end of the road. The house has got a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer.
The rent includes all bills ( gas, electricity, council tax, water and high speed wireless internet.) But if the bills increase drastically I will have to ask to share the difference between the flat mates.
I have a garage that we can discuss you using.
I also would think about Monday to Friday contract and pice pro rata.
