Small double available in flat near Hove station

We have a small double room (unfurnished) available in our 3 bedroom flat. The current flat mate has a small double bed that fits nicely.

There is a storage cupboard in the room and also just outside the room as it is quite small!

Because of the size of the room, working from home isn’t really an option sorry!

We have a nice big and bright lounge that gets the morning sun that leads onto a small balcony. She’s modest but we have fairy lights haha.

A bit about us! We (Eddie & Hannah) are both late twenties professionals. This not a party flat really but we love a chat and to chill in the lounge. We also really like our own space.

I like reading, going to the cinema and doing whatever craft I’m in to at the time. In the warmer months I love to go swimming in the sea.

Hannah enjoys a day at the beach in the summer, cosy film nights in the winter and football followed by a pint all year round.

Bills are £121 on top of rent.
That includes, council tax, wifi, water, energy, Now tv.
We’re on the third floor- there is a lift but it is occasionally out of service!

Room is available from 28th October and deposit is £350
