Hi, I m Theo! My second double bedroom is available from mid April in my very well located flat in Hove, near St Ann s well garden. Bus 7 stop downstairs (5mn to Brighton station with bus 7). 8mn from the seafront by walk. There is a nice kitchen with a great work surface and open to the living room. You will have your own bathroom in front your bedroom. I am working from home but I am used to travel very regularly to France. I am looking for someone clean, cool, and trustful. The rent is £1000 all bills included. Short term is possible. Happy to answer any question if interested.
