It is very spacious and bright, with a separate kitchen and separate bathroom, just 2 min walk from the seafront, 5 min walk to the Tesco superstore and 15 min walk to Hove station. All the buses are a 2 min away on Hove high street or on the seafront. It is tucked in a residential street and is very quiet.
There is a desk and a double bed (not king size), also great if you work from home.
No smoking or pets. A working professional or a mature student preferred.
325 pw or 1300 pcm, all bills included (internet, water, and electricity, council tax). 700 GBP deposit.
