This is Alex, nb nhs doctor and dog parent.
I have a spare room to offer in a gorgeous house!
I am the current living Tenant (AST contract in place). The live-out landlords are lovely and very proactive in looking after their house.
The house is a 2-bedroom located in Hove. 7 minutes cycle from Hove station.
The room fits a DOUBLE, nice and bright and comes with a built-in wardrobe. The rent is 850pcm without bills. Please note that this is reflective of the brilliant state of the house, a 2-bedroom house; hence two people sharing the entire space only, and the huge garden.
The house is super well maintained and comes with a massive garden.
There is no wheelchair access unfortunately.
There is a flight of stairs with hand rail but no stairlift. The interior is spacious; hence it is easy to move around indoors.
I am looking for a respectful human to share a gorgeous house with.
Being a dog lover is a must as I have a awesome Labrador; hence the house would not be a good match for people with pets allergies or cat owners.
Free pet therapy is a plus for neurodivergent people or people suffering from an anxiety disorder or just in need of free cuddles and unconditional love.
