We are looking for a friendly housemate to join our open plan town house, right by Hove station for April with a little flexibility.
A bit about us:
We are all Professionals (2 Female, 2 Males) looking to replace our current 5th flatmate who is sadly moving to London!
We are 2 males, 37 software engineer and 29 Brighton Football Coach and 2 females, 29 and 27 who work in admin and at the council! We met on spare room but have since become great friends and would love someone to join our family-vibe in the house!
We like to spend time together with games nights' and going out for drinks. Apart from that it’s pretty chilled and we respect our quiet times.
About the house:
A 4 story town-house with 5 beds, 2 bath + 1 toilet, open plan living in basement, garden, N permit road parking with the exchange pub at the end of the road.
Rent: £650 All Bills: ~£100 pppm
