We are looking for a friendly housemate to join our open plan town house, right by Hove station for August 24th with a little flexibility.
A bit about us:
We are 3 Professionals (1 Female, 2 Males) looking to replace our current 4th and 5th flatmates who are moving in with their partners at the end of August!
We are 2 males, 35 science teacher and 26 Brighton Football Coach and 1 female, 27 science teacher. We met on spare room but have since become great friends and would love someone to join our family-vibe in the house!
We like to spend time together with games nights' and have a yearly Halloween house party, apart from that it’s pretty chilled and we respect our quiet times.
About the house:
A 4 story town-house with 5 beds, 2 bath + 1 toilet, open plan living in basement, garden, N permit road parking with the exchange pub at the end of the road.
Rent: £585 All Bills: £100-£120 pppm
