Lovely Double room, furnished in Hove(Seven Dials)

Hi! I'm a professional woman living in a lovely, recently renovated flat in Hove, which I share with my friendly Bengal cat. I have a furnished double room available, complete with a brand new mattress. The space has been recently updated and is bright and welcoming.

I really love living here, so I’m looking for someone who will respect the flat but also feel at home. The bathroom has just been renovated with a rainfall shower over the bath, and the large living room features a cinematic projector – perfect for film nights. The kitchen is currently being renovated and will be completed by the end of September.

I work from home 2–3 days a week and sometimes go into my local head office. In the evenings, I enjoy walks, cooking, watching films, or heading to the pub for one or two. During the summer, I’m usually down at the beach!

I'm looking for a working professional to rent the room midweek – ideally Monday to Thursday nights, leaving Friday after work. I'm flexible and happy to consider 3-4 nights a week, and potentially full-time for the right person.
