Lovely Double room, furnished in Hove(Seven Dials)

Hi! I'm a professional woman living in a lovely, recently renovated flat in Hove, which I share with my friendly Bengal cat. I have a furnished double room available, complete with a brand new mattress. The bathroom has just been renovated with a rainfall shower over the bath, and the large living room features a cinematic projector – perfect for film nights. The kitchen also recently renovated.

I really love living here, so I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and will respect the flat. I'd love for it to feel like a home where we'd share the odd meal, hang out to watch a film, or a drink from time to time, however respectful of each others personal space.

I work from home 2–3 days a week, and have a desk space available to share as set up as a hot desk. In the evenings, I enjoy walks, cooking, watching films, or heading to the pub for one or two. During the summer, I’m usually down at the beach!

I'm looking for a working professional to rent the room and would consider a Sunday/Monday to Thursday nights, leaving Friday after work let for a discounted rate.
