Double room in our homely flat - All bills incl.

We are a couple looking to rent out our lovely spare double room. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and are very easy going. We're looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to welcome into our home.

Tenancy length is negotiable and the room is ready from May. The room comes fully furnished, with a double bed, 2x bedside tables, desk, chest of drawers and mirror, plenty of hanging space and a smart TV.

The flat itself is a bright, split-level, top floor flat, and you will be sharing the space with myself (a hairdresser in Brighton) and my partner Ellie, (a graphic designer who works from home the majority of the week). The bedroom for let is on it's own level of the flat.

Our building is located just a 1 minute walk from the Hove sea front and a 2 minute walk from Western Road which has great local amenities such as small supermarkets, restaurants, bars & cafes. It's a quiet building with respectful and friendly neighbours.

Communal space consists of a small kitchen and bathroom. The lounge is also available for you to use, but during the day Mon-Fri Ellie uses the flat to work from so preferably this space isn't used during the working day.
