Room for rent

Looking for a new house mate in poets corner area. Close to Hove station and George Street/ Portland rd. I’m a professional male with an adorable cat. My partner visits regularly, as well as my 16 year old son who come every other weekend. So baring that in mind you would have use of kitchen/ living room and utilities ,but would have to navigate that I do have a partner and child that are there regularly so if if you are an introvert this situation probably wouldn’t work for you. Another important issue is I am very tidy and clean , so the suitable person would have to be on the same page. I also am out going and enjoy to host bbq/fire pit in the summer and the occasional dinner party. The room is available from now and is furnished. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
