Double room to rent in Hove

Hello!

We have a room available in our flat in Hove (actually), from the 12th April. There is a possibility for an earlier moving in date. Rent is £632 per month and bills are currently £169 per month, although they may go up slightly from April due to the new financial year.

The flat is situated on a lovely quiet street, not far from Seven Dials and the centre of Hove. On street parking is available and there is no waiting list for a parking permit.

The room is a Double Bedroom, which comes unfurnished but has plenty of space for a desk and a wardrobe. There is additional storage space within the flat.

We have a private landlord who is great. Any issues with the flat have always been dealt with promptly.

The flat is about a 25 minute walk to the city centre and a 10 minute walk to Western Road, where you can find an abundance of places to eat and drink, or watch the world go by! The Seafront is a further 5 minutes away and great fun in the summer. There are also some lovely parks close by such as Hove Park and St Anne's Wells Gardens.

Housemates:
We are a friendly household but we tend to have busy work / social lives and we respect each other’s privacy. We like to keep the flat nice and tidy and are looking for like-minded people. I work in social care and Joe works in hospitality and we are both passionate about our work. We are looking for a fellow professional who would love to make this their home and ideally stay long-term.
