Double room to rent in Hove

Hello!

We have a room available in our flat in Hove (actually), between the 1st - 12th October. The flat is situated on a lovely quiet street, not far from Seven Dials and the centre of Hove. On street parking is available and there is no waiting list for a parking permit.

The room is a Double Bedroom, which comes unfurnished but has plenty of space for a desk and a wardrobe. There is additional storage space within the flat.

We have a private landlord who is great. Any issues with the flat have always been dealt with promptly.

The flat is about a 25 minute walk to the city centre and 10 minute walk to Western Road, where you can find an abundance of places to eat and drink, or watch the world go by! The Seafront is a further 5 minutes away and great fun in the summer. There are also some lovely parks close by such as Hove Park and St Anne's Wells Gardens.

Housemates:
We are a friendly household but we also respect each other’s privacy. We like to keep the flat nice and tidy and for everyone to do their bit in maintaining this. I work in social care and Marta works as a chef and we are both passionate about our work. We are looking for a fellow professional who would love to make this their home and ideally stay long-term.

We have a few hobbies between us and we both enjoy keeping active, either at the gym or going for nice walks and making the most of the sea and the good weather.
