Huge room for short let

Hi! Like every year, I'm going back to my country for 1 month and I like this place too much to let it go.

The room is quite big (20m2), located 5 min from the beach and 5 min from Tesco Superstore, if you know Hove you know we're lucky in terms of location! It faces the south so it is the sunniest room of the house (you can see a tiny bit of the sea).

There's the double bed, rack, a small sofa, a desk with drawers and a monitor to connect (I used to work from home too), 2 chest of drawers, a TV (which I use for Amazon and Netflix), a mini fridge, a small drawer unit and 3 (2 big 1 small) mirrors.

House is equipped and the kitchen has 2 fridges for us (besides the mini fridge in the room)

We are 4 flatmates that have been living together for almost 3 years now: 2 girls from Lithuania and one English guy.

They are cool people and respectful, and are always cool when I would have my boyfriend/friends around. Working schedules vary but they are always up for dinners, board games and some night outs. No smoking inside, but the 2 flatmates that smoke tend to do it outside:-)

The price is £660, which covers the rent plus what you would pay for the rest in summer. The total amount of days it says 28, but if needed to be extended in a month that could be arranged (I would stay at friends when I return)
