Large room available in a very clean kept flat in a great location in Hove. A short walk into Brighton centre and an even shorter walk to the beach. You will have the flat to yourself either one or two nights a week as I stay in crawley for work. Definitely not a party flat but occasionally have groups of friends over for chilled movie nights. No pets currently in the flat but we do have a very friendly neighbourhood cat that likes to visit quite often. MUST be clean and tidy and respectful of shared spaces!
